Some would question, "desperate? She looks fantastic!" Yes, she does and the reason why is because she's desperate. And when a person gets desperate they pull out all the stops. Jen's desperation brought out her focus which is allowing her to concentrate her efforts on keeping her current boyfriend, Justin Theroux happy. Desperation means self-loathing and self-loathing means that Justin has "free run of the grounds" if you catch the meaning.
